Funeral services for Mr. Abraham K Ward will begin at 10:00 am Thursday, December 20, 2018 in the chapel of Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Rev. Davey Wilkinson officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Kewanee. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mr. Ward, 91, of Kewanee, passed away Monday, December 17, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Ward enjoyed spending time in his garden in his spare time. He was a faithful member and deacon of Salem Baptist Church where he regularly attended. He was a retired owner and logger with his family business Ward Logging.

Survivors include children, David Ward (fiancé Viva Wade), Doris Rayburn (Steve); numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

Mr. Ward is preceded in death by his wife Margie Ward; son, Charles Nelson “Chuck” Ward and parents, W.C. and Pauline Ward.
