Services celebrating the life of Mrs. Alexis Campbell will begin at 3:00 PM Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. Jerry Roberson officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Campbell, 80, of Meridian died Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at North Pointe Health and Rehab following an extended illness.

Alexis was an adventurer; she loved to travel and scuba dive. She enjoyed tropical locations and spending time on the beach. She also enjoyed dancing and attempting to teach Phil to use both left feet. She enjoyed knitting in her spare time as well. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed gathering with her friends at any given opportunity.

Alexis is survived by her husband of over 35 years, Phil Campbell; her children, Michael Williams and Christine Gilson (Henry); bonus daughter, Tracy Connely (Tommy); grandchildren, Kyle Gilson, Sydney Gilson, Jared Gilson, Zachary Williams, and Dalton Williams; bonus grandchildren, Samantha Connely and Eric Connely; her sister, Virginia Glaze (Robert), as well as a host of extended family members and friends.

Mrs. Campbell is preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Mary Harrison.

The Campbell Family suggests memorials be made as donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in lieu of flowers.

The Campbell Family will receive guests from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM prior to funeral rites in the chapel.
