Anna Joelene Mott Services for Anna Joelene Mott will be held Thursday, September 6, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Bob Followell officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Mott, 68, of Meridian died Tuesday, September 04, 2012, at her residence. She was a retired educator. Mrs. Mott taught at West Lauderdale High School, Calvary Christian School, Jeff Davis Academy and Enterprise High School. She was originally from the House Community. Survivors include her husband V. L. Mott, of Meridian; sons Vernon Mott and wife Shannon of Meridian, and Kevin Mott of Meridian; grandchildren Brittany Gonzalez and husband Tony, Christopher J. Smyth, Nathan Mott and Carsyn Mott; brother James Lewis and wife Pat of Hornlake; sister Jacque Herod and husband Roger of Pearl; sister-in-law Ann Winstead of Union; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents H. J. and Annie Mae Lewis; sister Jan Ward and brother-in-law Terry Ward. Family and friends may sign the online guest book at robertbarhamffh.com.
