Anne Briggs Graveside services for Anne Briggs will be held Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. at Briggs Chapel Cemetery in Porterville, MS with Reverend David Willis officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Briggs, age 53, of Demopolis, AL passed away Friday, December 12, 2014 at University of Alabama Birmingham. Survivors include her husband, Ricky Briggs of Demopolis; daughter, Katie McKinney and fiancé, Gavin Sheffield of Putnam, AL; son, Matt McKinney and wife, Tara, of Epes, AL; stepsons, Jason Briggs of New Orleans, LA and Clint Briggs and wife, Kelli, of Brandon, MS; grandchildren, Porter Maclaine McKinney, Ethan Briggs, August Briggs and Ian Briggs; brothers Bill Johnston and wife, Kristin, and Forrest Johnston; sister, Mina Ruth Adams and husband, George; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Charlotte Swaim and father, David Johnston. Pallbearers will be Lee Leavelle, Greg Briggs, Bill Briggs, Rebecca Bearden, Merry Gaines, and Chris Ozment.
