Annice Elizabeth Brewer

Graveside services for Mrs. Annice Brewer will begin at 11:00 AM Friday, June 9th, 2023, at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Ken Hamner officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Annice Pogue Brewer, age 94, of Meridian, MS passed to her heavenly home on June 3, 2023.

Annice was blessed by her Lord with many gifts which she always used to help others.

She was a nurse by profession and worked for Medical Arts Surgical for a number of years. She was also a gifted cook and opened her own bakeshop after retiring from nursing. She resided at Aldersgate for several years where she enjoyed sewing for her fellow residents.

She was a beloved mother and grandmother to her family who will cherish her memory.

She is survived by her daughters, Beth Baucum (Maxey) and Cathy Moore. She leaves her grandchildren, Brent Baucum, Kelly Baucum, Cully Carpenter (Dawn) and Julie Hamner (Ken), she leaves six great-granddaughters, and six great-grandsons, also her sister Lynda Baucum, and Sister-in-law Joann Pogue.

She is preceded in death by her husband W.H. (Bill) Brewer and her daughter Jeanie Carpenter.
