Services for Anthony Flowers will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverends Dano Rainer and Jimmy Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Arkadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Flowers, 38, of Bailey, died Thursday December 10, 2009 at his residence. He was a member of Arkadelphia Baptist Church. He is survived by his parents Dewaine and Patsy Covington Flowers, of Bailey, his sister, Joy Lynn Cannon, and her husband Chad Cannon, of Philadelphia, one nephew, Lucas Cannon, one niece, Josselyn Cannon, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and two special caregivers, Shirley Huggins, and Bobbie Clark. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Linton Covington, and Arnold Flowers and Leona Irby Flowers Pigford. The family requests memorials be made to Gideon International Bibles and Arkadelphia Baptist Church building fund. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the Funeral Home.
