April Dawn Austin

A Celebration of Life for Ms. April Dawn Austin will be held Sunday, December 10th, 2023, at 2:30 PM at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM prior to services. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

April Dawn Austin, age 50, of Meridian, MS passed away Monday, December 4, 2023, at her home.

April was a kind, giving, and tenderhearted soul. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, journaling; drawing, painting, and being outdoors witnessing God's creation. Her greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her children Jonah Kinney (Destiny) and Chloe Kinney, her grandchildren; Aliyah, Jeremiah, Tobin and Ezekiel, her father Bill Munro, her brother Sam Simmons (Chloe), her nieces and nephews; Wyatt, Harper, and McCord.

She is preceded in death by her mom; Phyllis Simmons and her stepfather; Jerry Simmons.

The family request memorials be made to Robert Barham Family Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
