Arthur Casciaro Graveside services for Arthur Casciaro will be held Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 11:00 a. m. at Pleasant Springs Presbyterian Church cemetery in Preston, MS, with Reverands, Rick Helms and Alan Randall officiating and Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Casciaro, 89, of Meridian, died Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a WWII Pacific Veteran serving in The Marine Corp Fighting Fourth where he earned The Purple Heart and is a member of The Purple Heart Hall of Fame. Arthur was a graduate of the University of Kansas. He was a successful business man, who was a former Vice President of Western Auto and owner of Antique Mall of Meridian. Arthur was also an outstanding golfer and was a member of Northwood Country Club for 25 years. He is survived by his wife, Nan, a son Bobby and his wife, Monica, grandchildren, Jack and Kerry, his sister, Ruth Minelli and her husband, Joe of Pittsburg, KS, a nephew, Rick Helms of Nashville, TN and niece, Judy Terry of Houston, TX and several other nieces and nephews.
