Audrey Covington Griffin

A memorial service for Audrey Griffin will be held Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church with Bro. Jim Hutchison and Bro. Tony Chancelor officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church. Burial will be in Mt. Horeb Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements. 

Mrs. Audrey C. Griffin, age 84, of Meridian passed away Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Baptist Anderson Regional Hospital.

Survivors include her children, Wendy Shirley, Billy Griffin, Randy Griffin, and Danny Griffin; grandchildren, Stephen Shirley (Kimberly), Amy Gist (Eric), Timothy Shirley, Will Griffin, Cody Griffin (Kristen), Jonathan Griffin, and Caleb Griffin (Jami); great-grandchildren, Brayden, Kyndal, Kadence Shirley, Gibson, Griffin, Gannon Gist, Remi, Gatlin, Anniston Griffin, and Caiden Griffin; sister-in-law, Laverne Banes (Joe); nieces, Teresa Reedy (Max) and Suzette Banes; special friends, Debbie Rowell, Clarice Rawson, Rhonda Schultz, Sue Davis, and Sue McNeill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe Griffin; parents, Sam and Madis Covington; sisters, Janette Griffith and June Covington.

Honorary Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons.
