Funeral services for Mr. Bennie L. Chambers will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. Reverend Mike Boles will officiate the service. Burial will be held at Freedom Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Chambers, age 81, of Meridian passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Bennie loved the Lord and was a member of The Evangel Temple.

He is survived by his brothers, David (Lynn) Chambers and Wayne Chambers; sister-in-law, Julia Chambers; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Cora Chambers; brother, Donnie Chambers; sister-in-law, Claire Chambers; and his niece Patsy Harper.

The family requests donations be made to The Evangel Temple’s Building Fund.

Pallbearers will be Michael Chambers, Marty Harper, Brandon Harper, Patrick Harper, Justin Linton, and Buddy Chambers.
