Graveside services for Mrs. Bettie D. Gray will be held Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Meridian Memorial Park with Rev. Kenneth Owen officiating.  Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangments. 

Bettie DuBose Gray, 79, of Meridian, MS, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2026 at her daughter's home.

Bettie was a member of College Park Methodist Church. She retired from AT&T after 30 years of service. She was proud to be called Maw-Maw by her grandkids. Bettie loved hanging out with her family and friends shooting pool. She was a big fan of Alabama football and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her children, Michael Gray (Sherry), Terri Milling (Alan), Chuck Gray, and Spunky Roberts (Buck), grandchildren; Michael Gray (Savannah), Jacob Gray (Hannah), J.K. Thompson, Dustin Roberts (Lauren), Daniel Roberts, Dylan Roberts, Jack Gray, Addie Gray, Taylor Blackwell (Steve), 8 great-grandchildren, brothers; Alton DuBose, Howard DuBose (Donna), and Ronnie DuBose, special niece, Wendy Swanner, and many more extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband William "Bill" Gray, her son, Ike Gray, her parents, James and Eula DuBose, brothers; James DuBose, Harold DuBose, Harmon DuBose, Charlie DuBose, and Ricky DuBose.
