Betty P. Arnold Graveside services for Betty P. Arnold will be held Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery, with Dr. Reid Whittington officiating and Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Arnold, age 79, of Meridian, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Anderson Hospital. She had a passion for sewing, especially for friends and family. Her pride and joy was making bridal gowns which she made to perfection. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Clarence "Dutch" Arnold; son, Clarence E. Arnold (Julie); daughter, Katherine Ann Nolan (Craig), daughter, Robin Louise Thurmond; son, Vaughn E. Arnold (Sharon); daughter, Vicki Lou Hudler (Michael) and son, Billy Dewayne Ligon; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Judy Sharp (Glenn), brother, Paul Prichard (Barbara); and numerous other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Alice Prichard; brother, Jimmy Prichard; and niece Rebecca Jackson. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Americian Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Foundation.
