Betty L Quinn Walker Services for Betty L. Quinn Walker will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverends A.M. Mansfield, Larry Melton and Charles Pierce officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Walker, 73, of Meridian died Sunday, February 20, 2011 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the Abundant Life Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church and was a retired Social Worker at East Mississippi State Hospital. Survivors include her sons Reverend Larry Melton and wife Diane of Meridian and Ryan Castle of Meridian; grandchildren Michelle Skinner, Lashea Andras, Larry DeWayne Melton II, Jonathan Chad Melton, Malcolm Castle, Jr. Makaila Castle; two great-grandchildren Nathaniel Skinner and Aria Skinner; sister Marguerite Clark, Elizabeth Scruggs, and Charlotte Rogers; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by daughter Betty Sue Melton, sister Helen Young, and brothers Bobby Quinn and Billy Quinn. Pallbearers will be DeWayne Melton, Chad Melton, Kevin Secrist, Chris Andras, Bryan Pierce and Grayson Pierce. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Clark, Kyle Rutledge and Jimmy Secrist.
