Bettye Joe Garrett Services for Bettye Joe Garrett will be held Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 11:30 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Danny Lanier officiating. Burial will be in Briggs Cemetery, Kemper, County with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Garrett, 67, of Meridian, died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Rush Specialty. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her sister, Dorothy Garrett Thompson of Seal Beach, CA, brothers, Clyde Garrett of Meridian, Danny Garrett and his wife Sheila of Meridian, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her sisters Margie Lynn Bryant, brother, Elmer Hollis Garrett, parents, Mary Lorena McGrew and Joseph F. Garrett, nephew, Jonathan Mars, niece, Ashley Garrett. Pallbearers will be Tommy and Eric Lashley, Rich Holloway, Joey Garrett, Seth Garrett, and Aaron Garrett. Visitation will be held Saturday, 10:30-11:30 at the funeral home.
