Billie N. Speed Graveside services for Billie N. Speed will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Mississippi Veterans Cemetery in Newton MS, with Reverend Cephus Garret and Reverend Bob Followell officiating with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Speed 68, of Meridian, died July 12, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Speed was a dedicated employee of Sandalwood Management for 28, years. She was past president of VFW Post 79 Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include Daughter; Teresa Nichols Smith of Meridian granddaughter; Sidney Smith of Meridian, 2 Step sons and a Step daughter and several Step Grand children. Special Niece and Nephew Kimberly Moorehouse Steele and Matthew Moorehouse. She was preceded in death by Husband Harvey Speed and Parents Leroy and Bobbie Rawson and Sister Deborah Moorehouse.
