Bob W. Woods Services for Bob W. Woods will be held, Thursday, October 6, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. John Temple officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Woods, 77, of Meridian died Tuesday, October 04, 2011, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He retired from Hardin's Bakery Corporation as Vice President and Director of Sales. Mr. Woods served in the United States Army, was a graduate of East Tennessee State University and was a member of Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Bonnie Adams Woods of Meridian, five children John Woods and wife Tina of Northport, Alabama, Amy Woods of Northport, Alabama, Grace Besant and husband Buddy of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Jane Hedrick and husband Tommy of Northport, Alabama, and Jason Adams and wife Denise of Charleston, South Carolina; grandchildren Jamie, Aubrey, Adam, Ben, Jake, Joseph, Mark, Paul, Josh, Katie, Annalise and Lily; great grandchildren Titus, Seth, Ayden, Emma, Lucy, Eli, and Eric; a brother Richard Woods and wife Wanda of Meridian. He was preceded in death by parents Herbert and Goldie Woods; son James Adams; granddaughter Jessica Woods; two brothers Herbert and Jack Woods. Pallbearers will be Mr. Woods' grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Massey Sunday School Class, Bob McHann, Freddie Duell and Herbert Strange.
