Bobby "Todd" Mcmanus

Funeral services for Mr. Todd McManus will be held Friday, December 7, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. Dr. Dan Lanier is officiating the service. Burial will be held at Freedom Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. McManus, age 52, of Meridian passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at his residence.

Todd was originally from Surginer, Alabama. In 1985, he graduated from Marengo Academy in Linden, Alabama. Todd was a member of Northcrest Baptist Church. For many years, he worked for Nelson Environmental Remediation out of Canada. He was a former truck driver.

Todd was an avid fan of trucks and Auburn Football. He enjoyed helping others, especially when it came to getting jobs. He loved both his family and his work family. Mr. McManus will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather (Big Daddy), son, brother, uncle, and friend.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Southern Care Hospice and Mr. McManus’s hospice nurse, Shannon White, for their compassionate care.

Survivors include his wife of sixteen years, Tami Harper McManus; children, Kaley Criswell (Brett), Katelyn Lundy (Ashton), Zachary Harper (Hannah), Cole McManus, and Cody McManus; grandchildren, Kason and Bentley Harper; parents, Bobby and Barbara McManus; brother, Joey McManus (Donna); father and mother-in-law, Frank and Sue Harper; sister-in-law, Brandi Dial (Chris); nieces and nephews, Ryan McManus, Morgan McManus, Jordan McManus, Brandon Morgan, Malerie Thornton, and Logan Dial.

He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Lyle Harper and his grandparents, Bennie and Margaret McManus and T.J. and Ellen Bryant.

The family requests that donations be made to Mrs. Tami McManus in memory of Mr. McManus.

Pallbearers will be Mr. McManus’s nephews and his sons-in-law.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 7, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
