Brenda Sheryl Hardy

A graveside service will be held for Brenda Hardy Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Blackwater Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Sean Burleson officiating, burial to follow. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Brenda Hardy, age 77, of Meridian entered into rest on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Brookdale Senior Living surrounded by her faithful attendants.

Brenda was a devoted Christian woman who served faithful through the church since her youth. Her best characteristics was her loyalty, non-judgmental heart and the ability to see the good in everyone that came across her path. Brenda was a gifted caregiver and nurse that helped to heal not only bodies, but minds as well. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

Survivors include her children, Robert Earl Hardy, Jr. (Kristina), Lee Prince (Sherry), Christi Prince, and Ken Hardy (Mallory); grandchildren, Robert Earl "Trey" Hardy, III, Caitlynn Diminovich, Meghan Prince, and Chadwick Prince, Jr.; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Alane Knight (Jimmy); numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 20 years, Robert Hardy, Sr.; cherished grandson, Cody Diminovich; parents, Roger and Ruby Limerick.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to memorial donations to be made to Blackwater Baptist Church where Robert and Brenda were devoted members.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the funeral home prior to graveside service at Blackwater Baptist Church Cemetery.
