Bruce Wayne Ferguson Services for Bruce Wayne Ferguson will be held Saturday, September 29, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Bob Null and Reverend Paul Davis officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Ferguson, 58, of Meridian died Thursday, September 27, 2012, at Rush Hospital. He was retired from Tidewater Marine as a Merchant Marine. Mr. Ferguson was a graduate of Meridian High School and attended Mississippi State University. He was a member of The Brother's and Sister's of the Loyal Order of the Moose and Phi Delta Kappa Fraternity. Survivors include his wife Beverly Sowers Ferguson of Meridian; step-daughter Laurie Jones of Meridian; mother Grace Edney Ferguson of Meridian; brother Richard John Ferguson and wife Pam of Meridian; mother-in-law Doris Sowers; sister-in-laws Beth Jordan, Betsy Matthews, Belinda Sowers and Margie Ferguson and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father John P. Ferguson and brother Byron Ferguson. The family requests memorials be made to Mooseheart . Website address is moosecharities.org.
