Callie McCary Gross Funeral services for Callie McCary Gross will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Hebron Baptist Church, with Dr. Richard Wallace and Reverend Doug McCary officiating. Burial will be at Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Gross, age 98 of Meridian passed away, Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Queen City Nursing Home. Survivors include brothers, R.C. McCary and wife Mildred, James McCary and wife, Aline, Austin McCary and wife, Lois, and Gerald McCary; sister, Rita Riley; sister in laws, Elaine McCary and Hui Cha McCary; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Devon Gross; father, William F. McCary; mother, Mellie McCary; brothers, W. H. McCary, Major McCary, Odis McCary, Horace McCary, and Adolph McCary; and sisters, Rosie Smith and Majorie Torrance. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Hebron Baptist Church or your favorite charity. Pallbearers will be her nephews.
