Graveside services for Calvin "Bubber" L. Barrett will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Barrett Cemetery on Old Lauderdale- Lizelia Road, with Reverend Robert Horel officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Calvin "Bubber" L. Barrett, age 91, of Lauderdale, died Monday, December 24, 2012 at Rush Hospital. The family appreciates the years of kind support and devotion of his caregivers: Doris Eichelberger, Mae Laphand, and Mary Ann Rush. Survivors include his sister, Katie Keel (Johnnie) of Lauderdale; niece, Vicky Warren (Randy); and great nephew, Harrison Warren, all of Starkville. He was preceded in death by his father, Lyle Barrett; mother, Maude Barrett; and sisters, Eloise Harrison and Marie Joiner. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Palmer Home For Children P.O. Box 746, Columbus, MS 39703. Pallbearers will be Cliff Clayton, Melvin Warren, Harrison Warren, and Randy Warren.
