Calvin Ray Moffett Services for Calvin Ray Moffett will be held Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Pine Forest Baptist Church, with Reverend T.J. Jennings officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Moffett, 69, of the Martin Community, died Sunday, October 21, 2012 at his residence. Survivors include his son, Randy Moffett and his wife Cosondra of Collinsville; daughters, Tammy Helms and her husband Charles of Collinsville, Jennifer Crawford and her husband Greg of Collinsville; grandchildren, Ashley Warren and her husband Jay, Tyler Helms, Kiefer Moffett, Taylor Crawford, Cody Crawford and Lanie Crawford; the mother of his children, Nancy N. Moffett; brothers, Bernell Moffett and his wife Carol of Meridian, Jerry Moffett of AL; sisters, Lanell Fleming and her husband Jim of Collinsville, Dyann Spears of Collinsville; numerous nieces and nephews.
