Caroline Welti

A memorial service for Ms. Caroline Welti will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Northpointe Presbyterian Church with Pastor Mason Kiple officiating.

Caroline Everett Welti was born July 9, 1992, in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was a resident of Meridian, MS, previously Dallas, TX, and prior to that Washington, NC. She passed away in Meridian on Thursday, July 10, 2025.

Caroline's main love was her miniature dachshund "Bunny." She had a passion for travel, designer fashion, creative outlets, and interior design. She won awards for her interior design, was recognized for her efforts to save historic properties, and helped her company win first place in international competition for fostering entrepreneurship. She enjoyed the beach, sunshine, work, going to Alabama football games with her Pops, and long periods of solitude. And, she absolutely did not like "day after yesterday food."

Ms. Welti is survived by her parents, Conrad Jeffrey Welti and Kathryn René Hayes Welti; her siblings, Josh Massey (Dawn), Michael Massey (Lyndsey), Sarah Kathryn Welti Knudson (Matt); and eight dearly-loved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Lt. Col. Conrad Joseph Welti (RET) and Grace Darling Woolard Welti; and her maternal grandparents, MSGT George Lemuel Hayes (RET) and Bettye Claire Everett Hayes.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Northpointe Presbyterian Church. This church, where her parents were members, ministered to the family through love, prayers, and resources over the past 5 ½ years as they cared for, then lost, Caroline and both of René's parents. The family would especially like to thank Todd "Ike" Kiefer for believing in Caroline and giving her purpose through her role as archivist.
