Cathy Irene Coleman Warden

Graveside services for Mrs. Cathy Irene Coleman Warden will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Cathy Irene Coleman Warden, age 65, of Meridian, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Queen City Nursing Center.

Cathy was born in Lauderdale County on January 5, 1957. She was a graduate of Southeast High School and went on to play basketball at Meridian Community College. She worked for Walmart for a number of years prior to being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. She spent the last few decades of her life in assisted living. She enjoyed watching sporting events and being involved in activities at the nursing center.

Cathy is survived by her siblings, Jerry Coleman (Kathy), Wayne Coleman (Sylvia), Donna Heiden, Carolyn Richardson (Mike), and Teresa Allen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Claudia Coleman; her sisters, Frances Phillips, Nora Todd, Barbara Hayes, and Patsy Anton; and her brother, James Coleman.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions are shared with Queen City Nursing Center.
