Funeral services for Cecil Ward will be held Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 11:30 A. M. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Rev. Leon Ballard and Rev. Jim Rickles officiating. Burial will be at Magnolia Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Cecil Ward, age 94, of Meridian passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

Cecil was World War II Veteran in Radar. He was a devoted Christian and loved his Lord. He was a loving man and the cornerstone in his family.

Survivors include his nieces, Donna Coats (Ray), Nell Latham (C.C.) and Sherry Reynolds; nephews, Rev. Jim Rickles (Wilma) and Rev. Edward Lavell Rickles (Mary), Jimmy Reynolds (Carol); great nieces and nephews, Jennifer Widen (Patrick), Charles Ray Coats and Teresa Noblin.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Ward; sister, Winnie Reynolds (J.W.); brothers, Irvin Rickles and James Rickles (Elouise); one niece, Debbora Wiles.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
