Charles Edward Burrage Memorial services for Mr. Burrage will be held Monday, May 25, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Baptist Church, with Brother Tim Crawley and Brother Franklin Denham officiating and song by Brother Danny Lanier. Mr. Burrage, 58, of Madison, passed away May 19 at UMC in Jackson. Mr. Burrage was born February 1, 1957, in Meridian, Mississippi to the late Walter Rodolph and Frances Miller Burrage. He was a corporate accounts director for Gentinge USA. He enjoyed gourmet cooking, scuba diving, sailing, blacksmithing, reading, and spending time with family. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Pamela Love Burrage; son, Charles Edward Burrage, Jr. and Dr. Sarah A. Dozier, and son, Walter Jason Burrage and his wife, Julia Nicosia; mother, Frances Miller Burrage; sister, Aileen Burrage Semmes and her husband, Richard; nieces Diana Semmes and Haley Semmes; brother, Walter Rodolph Burrage, Jr and wife, Charlene; nephew, Ryan Walter Burrage. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Rodolph Burrage, Sr. The family requests memorials be made to Feed by Faith, PO Box 1064, Meridian, MS 39307. Honorary pallbearers are Stephen Nessburg, Bennie Previtt, Rick Williams, JR Stillwell, and Harold Wilson. Honorary pallbearer groups are Peachtree section of Mercedes Benz of America club in Atlanta, Georgia and Mississippi, and the Class of 1975.
