Charles Truman Gill Services for Chief petty Officer Charles Truman Gill will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Gill, 66, of Meridian died Thursday, October 13, 2011, at his residence. He was retired from the United States Navy after twenty-three years of service and was a flight engineer. Survivors include his wife Dianne Gill of Meridian; his children Charles Timothy Gill of Louisiana; Kevin Gill and his wife Angela of San Antonio, Texas and Rebecca Jones and her husband Anthony of Meridian, Mississippi; grandchildren Michael Neese, Ivie Gill, Hunter Gill, Georgia Gill and Shelby Gill; brother James Gill and his wife Shelby of Alabama; nephew Tom Gill and his wife Sandra and their family in Michigan and numerous other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Raymon and Cindy Gill and two brothers and five sisters.
