Funeral services for Mr. Charley “Chuck” William Pace Jr. will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 29, 2024, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the funeral home prior to funeral services. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Charley “Chuck” William Pace Jr., aged 64, of Brandon, MS passed away Wednesday, July 24,2024, at Baptist Medical Center, Jackson, MS, with his loving family by his side.

Chuck was born April 18, 1960, in Lauderdale County to the late Charley and Norma Pace. He graduated from West Lauderdale High School in 1978. He married Sonya Glaze on March 12,1988. He worked many years in the grocery business as a meat cutter and store manager. In 2003 he fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning his own business which he had had for many years. He thoroughly enjoyed carrying on a conversation and had the gift of never meeting a stranger. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, watching movies, and spending time with family.

Chuck was a loving Husband, Daddy, and Granddad to his family.

After many years of battling health issues and two lung transplants, he is finally at peace and home with his Heavenly Father.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sonya Pace; daughter, Tiffany Trippe (Tyler); three grandchildren, Brandon, Ember, and Terry; brother, Walter “Buck” Pace (Kathy); sisters, Penny Robinson (Steve), Cindy Flores (Joe), and Karen Williams (Rick); and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charley “Billy” William Pace Sr. and Norma Moselle Pace.

Pallbearers will be family and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Donate Life.
