Funeral services for Mr. C.K. Ward will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Providence Baptist Church, with Brother Jackie Strebeck officiating. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Ward, age 69, of Duffee passed away at Rush Foundation Hospital.

Mr. Ward honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church. Mr. Ward retired from Barber and Sons Plumbing.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki Ward; children, Ken Ward (Ashley) and Dawn Fredrick (Jason); grandchildren, Katelyn Fredrick, Jenna Ward, Addelyn Ward, Aiden Ward, Morgan Fredrick, and Averleigh Ward; one great-grandchild, Finley Ward; siblings, Linda Savell, Carolyn Harris, and Matthew Ward; and numerous other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Louise Ward.

Pallbearers will be Michael Bishop, David Bishop, Mark Bishop, Neil Bishop, Shawn Harris, and Joshua Grimes.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday at the church.
