Mrs. Ainsworth, age 96, of Marion, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at her residence.

Mrs. Ainsworth loved Jesus. She spent her life serving Him and telling others about Him. She wanted everyone to know the unconditional love of Jesus. She was a proud member of Marion United Methodist Church for over 50 years where she taught others and sang in the choir, as well as serving in many other places of ministry. She served for many years as a volunteer at Wesley House Community Center. Mrs. Ainsworth loved her family. Family gatherings were one of her favorite things. She often said that the best gift was when her family was all together. Her family extended further than just her blood relatives. Many knew her as “Grandmaw Deane”. They loved her and she loved them.
