Clifford Lamar Smith Services for Clifford Lamar Smith will be held Monday, December 13, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Raymon Leake officiating. Burial will be in Forest lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Smith, 65, of Meridian died Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Rush Hospital. Mr. Smith was retired from Sarah Lee Bakery as a plant engineer. He attended First Baptist Church of Meridian. Survivors include his wife Bonnie Cooper Smith of Meridian; children Raquel "Rocky" Smith-Greathouse and her husband Tim, Chook Smith, and Douglas Smith and his wife Tiffany; grandchildren J.J. Saucier, Zak Saucier, Blake Long, Paityn Smith, Avery Smith, Trevor Smith, Mason Fergonise, Jacob Smith Dominick Smith all of Gulfport, MS; brother Bruce Smith of Fort Worth, TX; four sisters Nancy Lott of Huntsville, TX, Ann Sharpe of Kiln, MS, Cynthia Cook of Murphy, NC and Melissa Lassiter of Kill Devil Hills, NC and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Jewell Wynne Smith and Colonel Clifford Raymond Smith of Gulfport, Mississippi.
