Clyde H. Clay Services for Clyde H. Clay will be held Tuesday August 16, 2011, at 2:30 P.M. at Robert Barham Funeral Home with Reverend Gary House officiating. Mr. Clay, 83 of Lauderdale died Saturday August 13, 2011, Anderson regional Medical Center. Mr. Clay was a member of Lauderdale Methodist Church and Mt. Hebron Methodist Church. Mr. Clay retired from U. S. Navy and also Civil Service after 20 years at each. Mr. Clay was former President of Lauderdale community development Club, he was an avid bowler and bowled with Monday Senior Citizen group and also enjoyed working in his garden. Survivors include his wife; Edna L. Clay of Lauderdale, Son; Warren D. Clay wife Phyllis of New Orleans, Daughter Carrie Clay of Pearl Ms; Grandson Thomas Clay, wife Jennifer, Great granddaughter Ashton Clay all of Meridian. Numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents William Thomas and Nola Clay, Brother J. W. "Red" Clay, Sister Ruth Williams. Family and Friends may sign the guest book at www.robertbarhamffh.com.
