Dale Boman

Funeral services for Dale Boman will be held Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Danny Lanier officiating. Burial will follow at Boman Family Cemetery.

Mr. Boman, age 47, of Meridian passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.

Dale was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his granddaughter, Rhyley. Dale never met a stranger and had joy for life that he shared with everyone. He was an avid bass fisherman and was a member of the Collinsville and Magnolia Bass Club. He was a 1987 graduate of Quitman High School and attended Meridian Community College. Dale was employed by Clearspan Components as a Production Supervisor. He was a member of Northcrest Baptist Church where he loved attending with his family. He had a love for the Lord and his church family.

He is survived by his wife, Sabrina Boman; children, Kourtney Hemrick (Michael), Memorie Boman, and Korey Boman; step-children, Nathan Boutwell, Marissa Boutwell, Kaleb Boutwell, and Alaina Boutwell; granddaughter, Rhyley Hemrick; step-granddaughter, Brooke Boutwell; father, Bennie Boman; siblings, LaJeana Skidmore (John), Bo Boman, Sondra Little (Jeremy), Robbie Boman (Kathleen), Sherrie Boman, Crystal Anderson (Michael), and Ben Boman (Kayle); Jay Ivey; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Boman; nephews, Mitchell “Bubba” Pierre, Justin Michael Boman and Kendall Boman; his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Emma Keyes, his paternal grandparents, Minnie Smith and Henry Boman, Uncle, Eddie Boman, Aunt, Peggy Keyes and a cousin, Barry Armstrong.

Pallbearers will be Mike Anderson, Michael Bowden, Charlie Keyes, Kevin Hatcher, Jay Ivey, Bobby Armstrong, Kyle Covington and Joe Boman.

Honorary pallbearers will be Korey Boman and Kaleb Boutwell.
