A memorial service for David Jackson will be held Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 7:oo p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Episcopal Postulant to the Diaconant Betty Melton officiating. Mr. Jackson, age 56, of Meridian, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at his home. David worked as a cosmetologist for 39 years in the Meridian area. Survivors include his wife, Elisa Truelove Jackson of Meridian; children, Chris Trayal and wife Katy Nofire of Meridian, Danni Jackson of Las Vegas, Ashley Torrance of Nashville, TN, Matthew Jackson and wife, Jenny of Newton, Traye Torrance and wife, Ivy of Meridian, and Kate Jackson of Meridian; eight grandchildren; father W. E. Jackson and wife, Sandra of Lauderdale; brother, Bud Jackson and wife, Jackie of Birmingham, AL; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Stella Jackson; sister, Faye Harper; and brother, Bobby Whittington. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook at robertbarhamffh.com.
