A memorial service for David Shirley will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Reed officiating.

Mr. David Shirley, age 41, of Meridian passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025, doing what he loved, hunting.

Survivors includes his wife of 14 years Amy Shirley; children, Hannah Shirley, Andrew Shirley, Sadie Cross (Jordan), and Kaleb Puetz; grandchildren, Liam and David Shirley; his extra children, Dylan, Dawson Cain, Ava, Breanna; his godchildren, Sophia and Brayden Pilgrim; parents, Andrew and Amelia Shirley; grandmother, Patricia Watson; siblings, Lesley Gullette (Tanner) and Joey Shirley (Amanda); nieces, Amber Chapman (Jared), Tarrah Hope Shirley, and Kinsleigh Gullette; nephews, Cole Gullette, Joey Shirley, Drake Shirley, Karsten Gullette, and Logan Shirley; and extended family and friends and the best neighbor ever, Jamie Thornton.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew and Emma Shirley, Tommy Watson; and his niece, Danielle Shirley.
