Denise Ann Allen Bauer

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Denise Ann Allen Bauer will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Pine Forest Baptist Church. Interment rites will follow at Pine Forest Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Bauer, 65 of Meridian, Mississippi, passed away on November 1st, 2025, at home in the loving company of her husband.

Dee was born April 6th,1960 in Gulfport, Mississippi, the daughter of George W. Allen and Anita Sutter Allen. She graduated from Jeff Davis High School, then went on to Meridian Community College, the University of Southern Mississippi, and finally to University Medical Center at Jackson. She was an RN, BSN, RNC, MSN, and NNP. Dee married Robin Timothy Bauer on August 12th,1978 at Parkview Church of God, Meridian, MS. In their 47 years of marriage, they celebrated the births of three children and 5 grandchildren.

She worked as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who honorably served her community's most vulnerable beings, touching many lives during her career.

Remaining to cherish her are husband, Robin Bauer, sister Aleda Holmes (Tony Holmes), and children, Robin Bradley Bauer (Kelli Bauer), Kristi Denise Robbins (Bradley Robbins), and Michael Craig Bauer (Makayla Bauer). She was also GranGran to Joseph and Daniel Robbins, Madison and Logan Bauer, and Cora May Bauer.

Preceding her in death are her father George W. Allen, mother, Anita Sutter Allen, and sister, Pam Couch.
