Funeral service for Dennis Cooper will be held Friday, October 8, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Brother Phillip Marshal officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Clarke County. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mr. Dennis Cooper, age 63, of Brandon passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at St. Dominic’s Hospital.

Dennis was an avid Mississippi State Fan. He loved spending time with family where he would cook on the patio and enjoy watching the Dawgs and ringing his cowbell.

Survivors include his wife Myssi Cooper; daughters, Emylee Ingram and Anna Cooper; granddaughter, Kaytlen Ingram; father, Bobby Cooper; sister, Sheila Hines (Stanley); nieces, Whitney Fuller (Cody), Drew Cooper, and Tyra Cooper and one nephew, Dylan Cooper; several extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Edwina Cooper; brother, Gary Cooper.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth McKinion, Gary Stokes, Greg Hill, Jerry Hayman, James Buynar, and Max McKee.

The Cooper family will receive friends Friday, October 8, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the funeral home prior to service.
