Diane Grace Jozwiak

It is with deep sadness that the family of Diane Grace Jozwiak announces her passing on June 1, 2026 at the age of 81.

Diane was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to John and Evelyn (Sauer) Yaklovich. She spent her life as the proud military wife of her husband, who retired from the U.S. Navy after 24 years of service. She also had an affinity for house cats and yard birds.

She is survived by her daughter, Joanne (Jozwiak) Graham; granddaughter, Kayla Hirn; brother, Dennis Yaklovich; niece, Dawn Yaklovich; and sister-in-law, Bonnie (Jozwiak) Schweitzer.

Mrs. Jozwiak was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Jozwiak; brother, Ray Yaklovich; nephew, Keith Yaklovich; and sister-in-law, Paula (Jozwiak) Willeford.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to trusted family friends and caregivers Richard Nelson and Renee Funck for their support and compassion.

Diane will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

There are no services planned for Mrs. Jozwiak at this time. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.
