Funeral services for Mrs. Dianne Atkinson will be held at 2:30PM, Monday, April 14, 2025, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Paul Harris and Reverend Ben Laird officiating. Burial will follow at Meehan Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the funeral arrangements.

Mrs. Dianne Atkinson, age 76, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Baptist Anderson's Regional Center surrounded by her loving children.

Dianne was a longtime member of Meehan Baptist Church and Goodwater Baptist Church. She enjoyed teaching her Sunday school classes and being the Church treasurer. She also served as the treasurer for the Meehan Volunteer Fire department for many years.

Dianne loved spending time outside working with her flowers. She also loved talking and spending time with her close family and friends.

Anyone who knew Dianne, always said she was the nicest lady ever and always had kind words to say. Dianne was loved by many and will be forever missed.

Dianne is survived by her children, Karen Atkinson and Robby Atkinson (Nikki); siblings, Gary Joiner (Chris) and Sheila Joiner, and numerous nieces, nephew, aunts, and uncle.

Mrs. Atkinson is preceded in death by her husband, Bob Atkinson and parents, Roy and Deloris Joiner.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Joiner, Daniel Harris, Noah Harris, Greg Freeman, Richard Anderson, and Ryan Johnson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lee Martin, Ray Martin, David Turnage, and Dexter Reynolds.

Visitation will be held from 12:30PM until 2:15PM, prior to Chapel services at the funeral home on Monday.
