Donald G. King A Memorial Mass for Donald G. King will be held Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 12:30 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Father Frank Cosgrove officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. King, 72, of Meridian, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at his residence. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. Mr. King was an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Tammy, Louise, Joe and Doris with Sta-Home Hospice for all their compassion and loving care that was shown to Don and Renee. Survivors include his wife, Renee King of Meridian; children, Tim King and his wife Leslie of Brush, Colorado, Lori Follman and her husband Ken of Gunnison Colorado, Jim King and his wife Andrea of Olive Branch, MS, Chuck King of Seattle Washington; sister, Jean Turano and husband Don of Wantagh, N.Y.; brother, Tom King and his wife Jean of Byers, Colorado; grandchildren, Rick, Nicole and Adam. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary King; and sister, Anna Beth King. The family requests memorials be made to the Parkinson's Foundation: 1501 N.W. 9th Avenue, Bob Hope Rd. Miami, Florida 33136-1494. Honorary pallbearers are Leavell Cross, A.J. Wedgeworth, Don Herbert, Gene Tomkins, Ted Spenser and Melvin Lackey.
