Donald E. "Eugene" Tanner, Jr. Memorial services for Donald E. "Eugene" Tanner, Jr. will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount View Cemetery with Reverend Bill Webb officiating. Mr. Tanner, 54, of Louisa, Kentucky, passed away February 25, 2015 in Missouri. Survivors include his mother, Peggy Tanner of Maumelle, Arkansas; brothers, Martin Douglas Tanner and wife, Jackie, of Maumelle, Arkansas, and William Ralph Tanner and wife, Christina, of Bishop, Texas; three children, Donald Eugene Tanner, III, Daniel Tanner, and Elisheba Tanner, all of San Antonio, Texas; aunt, Carolyn Kozman of Meridian, Mississippi; nephew, Tate R. Tanner of Maumelle, Arkansas; niece, Darby Hall Tanner of Maumelle, Arkansas ; nephew, A.J. Tanner of Bishop, Texas; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald E.
