Donna Kelly

Mrs. Donna Kelly, 84, of Meridian, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Brookdale of Meridian.

Donna was a registered nurse and retired from Forrest General Hospital. An avid reader, Donna enjoyed staying home with a good book. She enjoyed supporting her children and grandchildren as they participated in extracurricular activities. Donna was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Mrs. Kelly is survived by her children, Shelly Smith (Kenny) and Shane Kelly (Aimee); her grandchildren, Donovan Cermak, Hunter Harper (Michelle), Matthew Smith (Elizabeth), Shea Brown, Reed Kelly, and Isla Grace Kelly; five great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Nancy Hammerstrom, Randy Hammerstrom (Val), and Russ Hammerstrom.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Odie Kelly; her parents, Donald and Virl Hammerstrom; her sons, Jason Kelly and Steve Cermak; and her grandson, Brandon Cermak.
