Dorothea Bell Brown Services for Dorothea Bell Brown will be held Thursday, September 29, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Lamar Lifer officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Brown, 79, of Meridian, died Saturday, September 24, 2011, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a housewife and attended Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter Theresa Brown of Meridian; a son Barry Christopher Brown and his wife Tina of Longview, Texas; six grandchildren Sondra Brown, Cindy Mallet, Tammy Brown, Colin Brown, Britney Brown and Kimberly Brows; four great-grandchildren Lexus, Portia, and Audi Henderson and Kiera Mallet; and a sister-in-law Berniece Farrell of Alabama. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Brown and her parents and siblings. The family requests memorials be made to your charity of choice.
