Dorothy Calvert Funeral services for Dorothy Calvert will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Reverend Roger Burke officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Mrs. Calvert, age 72, of Meridian, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015 at her home. Dottie and her husband moved to Meridian, MS in 2008. She was employed for 24 years at Howmet Corporation of Dover, New Jersey and presently employed at Belks. She is president of the Lady's Auxiliary of VFW Post 79, Meridian, and a member of the Constantine Rea Historical Society. Survivors include her husband, Chuck Calvert, of Meridian; and brother, Clarence Van Horn, of Stafford, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Gertrude Van Horn.
