Dorothy Sue Tibbetts

Mrs. Dot Tibbetts, 73, of Meridian, Mississippi was reunited with her mother, Margaret Snowden, in heaven on Sunday, January 26, 2025.

Dot was born on October 8, 1951 to the late J.R. Warren and Margaret James Snowden.  In early years, she worked for Village Cobbler selling shoes.  Later in life, Dot married Charles Tibbetts and assisted him in running their business, Tibbetts Plumbing.  She was a life-long member of the Moose Lodge and a dedicated homemaker.  Dot enjoyed painting and created several murals throughout Meridian.  She was beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.

Dot is survived by her husband, Charles Tibbetts; her daughter, Victoria Cleveland (Harvey); her step-sons, Brent Tibbetts and Chad Tibbetts (Dixie); her daughter-in-law, Kim Tibbetts; her sister, Gloria Stockton (Robert); her grandchildren, Austin Allen, Colby Allen, Hannah Keene, Seth Tibbetts, Cooper Tibbetts, and Lillie Langston; her great-grandchildren, Eleanor Keene, Mabel Keene, Emma Tibbetts, and Nathan Tibbetts; and her nephews, Robbie Stockton and Matt Stockton.

Mrs. Tibbetts was preceded in death by her parents; her step-son, Charles Alan Tibbetts; and her nephews, Ryan Stockton and Adam Stockton.

There are no services scheduled for Mrs. Tibbetts, per the family's wishes.
