Earline Leach Turner Services for Earline Leach Turner, 92, of Meridian and formally of Conehatta, Mississippi will be held Thursday, June 27, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Conehatta Baptist Church with Reverend Jimmy Jones officiating. Burial will be in Conehatta Community Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Turner passed away on Monday, June 24, 2013, at Golden Living Center in Meridian. Mrs. Turner was a faithful member of Conehatta Baptist Church until moving to Aldersgate in Meridian in 2009. She was employed and retired from The Newton Company as a sewing machine operator. One of her greatest joys in life was working in her yard which was filled with beautiful flowers that she willingly shared with others. She is survived by one son, Harold Turner and wife Sue of Petal; daughters-in-law, Dot Turner of Newton and Eloise Turner of Meridian; grandchildren, Paige and Lamar Strickland of Sumrall, Billy and Kristen Turner of McKinney, Texas, Wendy and Ronald Fisher of Meridian, Steve and Emily Usry of Decatur and Leslie and Alex Bilancia of Hattiesburg; great-grandchildren, Ana Turner of McKinney, Texas, Ally and Colton Fisher of Meridian, Mariah and Riley Usry of Decatur and a very special niece, Jan McLain and her husband Kent and her daughter, Treasure of Philadelphia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Turner, sons, Gene Turner and Jack Turner. Her mother and father Wilson and Susie Vance Leach, brother, Odell Leach and his wife Vera; sisters, JoAnn Mowdy and her husband Bobby and Ava Dee Leach and her grandson Jason Curry. Family request in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Conehatta Baptist Church in her memory. Visitation will be held Thursday at Conehatta Baptist Church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral.
