Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Dyer will be held Thursday, November 2, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Bro. David Dewease officiating. Burial will be held at Meridian Memorial Park. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Dyer, age 81, of Collinsville passed away Monday, October 30, 2017, at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

She will be remembered as a faithful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was a member of Pine Grove Church of Martin. She served in ministry with her husband as the pastor’s wife for thirty-two years. She and her husband loved to travel and camp; they visited forty-eight of the fifty states.

Survivors include her children, Janet (Kyle) Pace and William (Belinda) Burch; grandchildren, Kristel (Scott) Adams, Elisa (Michael) Hughes, Ashley Burch, and Nathan Burch; great-grandchildren, Noel (Brad) Denham, Grace and Blake Douzat, Drew, Joshua, Claire, and Anna Hughes, and Austin and Craig Adams; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-four years, Rev. Curtis M. Dyer, Jr.; grandson, John Curtis Pace; her parents; and her brothers and sisters.

The family requests memorials be made to The Gideons International.

Pallbearers will be Mrs. Dyer’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2017, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home.
