Services for Edra Nell "Edie" Williams will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Wayne Smith officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Williams, 85, of Meridian, died Friday April 30, 2010 at Bedford Care Center. She was born in Cullman, AL and raised in Northwest, AL. She was a longtime member of Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church where she was active in the choir. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Rush Hospital and later volunteered with the Pink Ladies. Survivors include her son, Rusty Williams and his wife Sharon of Franklin, TN, daughter, Melanie Barham and her husband Jimmy of Fairhope, AL, grandchildren, Joey Williams and Micah Barham of Fairhope, AL, great grandchildren, Hayley Williams, Erica Williams, McKayla Williams, Devan Barham, Ethan Barham, Noah Barham, Zachary Barham and Isabella Barham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Williams, and numerous brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held Monday from 9-11 a.m. at the Funeral Home.
