Memorial services for Elaine Horel will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Rhett Payne officiating.
Mrs. Horel, age 75, of Meridian passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Reverend Robert H. Horel; children, Robert Horel Jr. (Lucinda), Phillip Horel (Sara) and Jennifer Filion (Sebastien); grandchildren, Sloane Birnie (Robbie), Delaney Horel, Piper Horel, Sierra Horel, Sydney Horel, Madison Horel, Blakeney Armistead and Rob Armistead; sisters, Mary Claeys (Elmer), Belvia Bourland (Al) and Sue Phillips; brother, Ray Phillips (Edith); and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Beatrice Phillips; sisters, Barbara Potts and Laverne Galbreath; and brother, Leslie Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to First Presbyterian Church of Meridian.
