Mrs. Elaine Randall, age 69, of Meridian, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, October 4, 2021.

Elaine was born September 11, 1952 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Bill and Marie Hall.  She worked many years in the restaurant industry as a bartender.  She loved reading, a trait she shared with her children.  She was a people person and enjoyed meeting new friends.  She enjoyed cooking, especially for her family.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter and will be missed by many.

Elaine is survived by her children, Richard Alan “Ricky” Kinney and William Michael “Billy” Jones (Kellie); her grandchildren, Jonah Kinney, Cody Sharp, and Chloe Kinney; a great-granddaughter, Aliyah; her siblings, Alan Hall, Donna Nathan, and Brenda Carroll (Terry).

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Melanie Rose Jones Sharp.
